I've always wanted to do a detailed build thread and now that I've got my new altamira frame I've finally got a chance. First a little background. I used to work at a fuji dealer and I sweat their bikes really hard. This will be my 3rd altamira and my 4th fuji, I also have a 2014 SST.

I've decided to build it up with ultegra 6870. I know it will be an uphill battle to bring this bike to a respectable weight but with a few light parts and some carbon tubulars I should get close to 6KG (fingers crossed).

Weights:
frame with all the trinkets:1006g
fork uncut with crown race:391g
headset: 129g
The headset is portly and I will need to buy a Cannondale Evo SI Expanding Compression Wedge to cut the fat.
2013 Altamira 1.1 frameset Manufacturer size 53cm (56cm eTT)

looking good... did you have a trek or something previously?
I write the weightweenies blog, hope you like it :)

Disclosure: I'm sponsored by Velocite, but I do give my honest opinion about them (I'm endorsed to race their bikes, not say nice things about them)
