Work in progress....mainly: THM brakes to be installed and front brake cabling to be finished (out of cable) and a couple of minor details...

RB0.8K Bardiani Team Fluo Green; Size: Small (TT 53.7, HT 12.0 cm)...the colour looks great in the flesh...

... bright green fluo creates a nice contrast with the bare 1k carbon

Frame weight: 1184g (incl rear mech hanger, chain guard, but no headset)

Forks: 340g including uncut steerer (very long)

Seatmast clamp wedge: 170g

Small HT

Silly BB: BB386Evo...err....evo of what?

these matte Fibulas are going on it soon

Not many WW parts apart from these, Schmolke TLO bars and the brakes...

Image

old school mechanical will do...

Image

Campy SRM are heavy....but I don't care... ;-)
Image

yup i know.... the front brake cabling isn't final...not enough cable and need to install the Fibulas anyway...

Image

hope not too many pics...

with Fibulas it should be ~6.3kg incl. SRM PC7; currently ~6.4kg incl heavy campy SR brakes (& incl PC7)...

weight not really the main focus though :)

That is going to be an amazing bike! Frame, wheels, parts... everything.
RB800 is the nicest Cipollini frame IMHO. Can't wait.

not final.... you can get an idea of where it's headed...but it looks sooo much better in the flesh.
the green is luminous, in a nice way....slightly darker and much more intense than in the pics

with the flash the wheel's black decals annoyingly reflect becoming white

... if they make SRM PC8 in green i might be tempted

Have to say I didn't expect the ride of that bike to be as special as it was but that is one very italian machine. Hell of a build too.
Just ride ..

Stunning bike vlastrada, I prefer the green to the older fluo yellow colour. Hope you have better luck than I did :)
