18bikes in the Peak district sell it, they just charge a lot for postage as royal snail wont transport it apparently.

Think Mercian in derby normally stock it too.

Motorex has an anti rust spray that is easy to source in Europe. I started using this when my last can of Weigl ran out after moving from the States. Big spray bottle costs about €10.
