June 22 is unofficial referendum for HK, also a good day to post my bike.

I' ve been a serious MTBer for 22 years, my last bike is a 16 years old custom Seven Sola : viewtopic.php?f=1&t=97360

In the end of last year, I decided to become a roadie at last.
Most poster of different site think riding a RB in Hong Kong isn' t a good idea.

The first RB I built is a custom frame, too. Due to my height and the feature of 622 / ISP frame, it should be a compact frame.

How do you mount the shifting cables (wires)?

Seven forgot to drill the bottle cage holes, but there are holes in the seat tube.

This is a Di2-only frame.

Dear toiyuet,

We are deeply embarrassed that this was overlooked on your frame! We cannot apologize enough - we are terribly sorry for this mistake.

Unfortunately we will need to have the frame shipped back here so we can fix this. Would you be able to get in touch with the gentlemen at Flying Ball to arrange to return the bike to them so they can send it back to us? We have already provided them with the necessary shipping information and will be shipping the frame back via FedEx International Priority.

You can drop it off with them whenever it is convenient for you; if you would like to ride it for a while and send it back at a later date, that is totally fine. We will take care of this whenever it is convenient for you.

Again, we are extremely sorry that this happened and for the inconvenience. Please let us know if there is anything else you need.

Thank you,

Natascha Grief | Service Manager | Seven Cycles, Inc.

Dear sir,

I got my custom 622 SLX frame(S/N #) from Flying Ball Bicycle Co. several days ago, their mechanic cut the fork steerer tube and installed headset for me.

Nobody discoverd that something was lacked on the frame in that day, until today I unpack the frame to assemble and install my new bike.....

There is NO water bottle bosses on the down tube! I re-check the confirmation form(PDF) I ' ve signed on 23rd Jan 2014

Water Bottles :
2 : 1 on ST, 1 on DT was stated.

Seven forgot about the main bottle bosses, I want to have the bosses back, what can we do now? Thank you.

Regards,

yuettoi

Bummer about the bottle cage mounts as this is a sweet looking project.

As a newbie of internal Di2, getting the Di2 wire through the downtube hole cost me one hour.

Suddenly I find that it' s impossible to get the junction B through the BSA B.B. shell.

I was forced to unplug a pair of Di2 wire out of the junction B, get it through the tiny hole of the B.B. shell, then replug them.

It seems that some of the BSA B.B. shell is a disadvantage of installing an internal Di2 system.
