I have 2 sets of Topolinos. One pair that have been ridden for 3+ yrs now. The pair on this LOOK are new. They are pretty much bombproof. Compared to a Ksyrium, they are quite lighter(weigh pretty much what Topolino says they do) , ride better(esp. descending), spin better, and are quite strong( got t-boned by a car and only had to replace the bent rim. Spokes held up fine!) Cost is relatively good if you aren't paying retail. Maintenance is pretty easy to do with simple tools.
Why they aren't popular??? Who knows.. maybe not enough marketing or poor distribution setup.
One day I'll get my set of EDGE clinchers to be part of the cool club

Finished my CAAD just before I left for Europe for 4 months - only had a brief run around the 'burbs, but the frame felt responsive and stiff under acceleration. I also prefer this cockpit setup to the FSA Energy bars I have on my Look.



Will start its own thread with details when Im a little less jet lagged.
