344g for the fork. This one suffers from the insert Specialized had to do on some forks for these years. Though the compression plug OD is smaller, and thus lighter, than the standard one. The Vino fork is about 20~ heavier than the 2014.

Wheels (1168g), brakes, saddle and cockpit is where I obviously saved the most weight. Excited to get the Ti Zero's soon. Since I'm not that close to being sub 13lbs I prob won't do much more. I could drop another 60-70g if I swapped these parts to my 2014 S-Works SL4.

Hi SLCBrandon

Considering you have mentioned you have other 58cm SWORKS TARMAC FRAMES and seem to know a fair bit about SWORKS bikes,
would you deem an SL4 SWORKS in a Size 56 to have a fork/frame weight of 1500g excessive??

Just seeing that your 58cm SL4 comes in at 910 or below on the frame, you would presume a Size 56 would go below 910 for the frame wouldnt you???

Regards

@ardennes777, weighed a 56 Saxo SL4 (lots of paint compared to the Project Black) and frame came in at 897g with fork at 338g. Thats a frame with no ICR harware, no BB, hanger, binder, etc.

I've weighed all these separate and with BB, hanger, ICR, binder (no headset), those pieces at an additional 110g~.

You should come in well under 1500g, with everything, including headset.
