I've got this bike for almost 3,5 year now, and it's still my favorite one. In the meanwhile I've been looking to other frames, but none of the newer frames seems to be really an improvement in wheight and ride-quality. The components have had some changes over the years, but i'm really happy with the current building. So it's time to show it to you all.

Frame and fork: Parlee Z5 size XL and Enve 2.0 fork
Seatpost and stem: Extralite
Saddle: Tune Komm-vor +
Crankset: Cannondale Hollowgram sisl with rotor ocp q-rings
Shifters and derrailleurs: Sram Red
Handlebar: Zipp SL carbon
Brakes: KCNC C7
Pedals: Shimano dura ace carbon
Wheelset: Bontrager D3 3 tubular vittoria cx tubulars

Total weight is 5,9 kg. That's not bad for a XL bike. Could go a little lighter, but that would be costly. And durability is important, as my own weight is 83 kg.

Totally. It looks great for an XL, no easy feat, and the weight for its size is impressive! Good work :D

5.9kg on an XL frame is a mean feat and for it to be so functional too! Chapeau

5.9 is a good weight, my Z5 XL Tall weighs in at 6.1kg. I weigh in at 95kg and so far my frame rides like new after a similar time period with no durability issues at all with the frame. In fact it still looks almost new, which is testimony to the quality of Parlees paint work.
Due to my weight and size I have stuck with Enve bars, stem and seatpost for durability, and Edge 1.38 Tubulars which have held up really well.

I really like the simple logos on your bike, and a nice selection of parts. I have to agree that the Parlee holds it's own against the latest offerings available. A few might be slightly lighter, but ride quality wise Parlee is right up there. It was ahead of the game 3 1/2 years ago, others are catching up with "vertical compliance"and thinner seat stays. Just goes to show how good the original design was.
This is a bike I will probably keep for many more years and enjoy riding. It is a timeless classic.
