Since this forums all about weight any tips for saving a pound or so? The carbon wheels are 1580g for the pair and an obvious upgrade is the chainset but just wondered if there are any good value mods that could save me a few grams without breaking the bank. The bike is by no means heavy haven't weighed it but feels pretty damn light especially compared with my previous bike a 2013 Specialized allez compact with Shimano 2300 groupset feels like a tank compared but it served it purpose well :-)

easy weight savings would come from skewers, light bar tape (lizard skins DSP 1.8 in black!), pedals, stem (probably) and CRANKS. Depending on how long your post is you may be able to save a bit by trimming that up too.

the tire label to valve stem is purely pride and aesthetics... thus it's very important to do correctly.
