It's a braze on. I think the bracket is Storck own brand.

Not the ax leaf, but I regularly do 80+ mile rides on the mcfk saddle. I'm waiting for my crash replacement and find the Toupe less comfortable, especially when digging in and riding hard on the nose of the saddle.
