Changed a few little things to get into that 6.8kg mark, only needed to get rid of 20g, but got a bit carried away..

List of changes
Lizard Skins DSP 2.5 Didn't get to weigh this..
Battery seatpost mount removed (dealer installed) -26g
Raceware Direct Garmin mount -14g
Uno Stem 110mm with 3T Ti Bolts -18g
Token Ti quick release -10g
Extralite Ultrastar 2 Expander -22g
Parts of passion top cap/spacers -10g
Continental Race 700 Light Inner Tube -20g/each
Look Keo Blade Ti pedals -77g
Stem/Seatpost chop -24g
Shimano SW-R600 Climbing Shifter +20g
Difference should be approximately -220g (=6.70kg?)

Latest weight is.. 6.76kg! (it's always heavier in real life, could be my dealer's scale?!?! :noidea:)

Definitely not a true WW compared to the majority in here, but with fairly average 1500g aluminium clinchers, I'm satisfied.. 8)
Latest photo, yes, can't tell much change from this...

Cheers.. :D the cages are actually from Giant  called the "Airway pro open carbon cage"(terrible name!) from my previous bike.. thought about some CF Arundels in the nice UD pattern to match the bike, but these weigh only 27g each, works well for my xs frame and Camelbak bottles, and the colours match the bike.. found no reason to change them..

I probably would have gone with a compact chainring setup with a 28t cassette. 39:32 is nearly identical in ration to a 34:28. That's just my personal taste though.

Thanks for the thought, but I'm actually running compact already.. :) not been able to run DA rear derailleur does bother me a little bit, but the bike is riding sooo well, that i don't even think about it any more.. :noidea:

Have one more trick up my sleeve, should be ready by the end of the week..

I do alot of hill climbs, and I'm a very small guy, hence the very light ratios..

Cheers.. We'll see about that, I'm actually extremely happy with the fit right now, if I was to go lower, I'd probably slam the stem all the before going with a -17.. :? not everyone's a pro...

Must admit that this bike is one of the best looking bikes I've seen.

How come you can't run the DA rear?

Are the logos on that Uno stem removable, or are they laser-etched? Thanks.

Precisely, but this is adhering strictly to Shimano specification, I've seen some cases online where people just fit bigger cassette using DA rr plus adjusting the B screw, and some pro teams change the cage with longer Ultegra or custom cages to work.. I can't be bothered messing with it for now.. but might do something about it down the road.. :|

They're removable, people haven done it with acetone.. More info here, and an awesome build here..

So it turns out, my dealer's Park tool scale was a little wonky, when ever it turns on it starts at 0.04kg, hence the weight was off by that..
The correct weight for the above build should actually be 6.72kg, which is much more reasonable.. and very happy with that
Image
That makes me wonder.. if the weight of the first build was 6.92-0.04=6.88kg, which would've already been in my target.. and I didn't have to do anything else?!?! hmm...

And the ride is amazing! 8)
