I'm pretty much locked into Shimano as my other bikes have SPD pedals. Otherwise I'd have to have a different pair of shoes to ride the Niner. I've seen a One 9 with orange Candy 4Ti and it does look good.

Wow, those are some great builds. Thanks for the introduction and I really like the single speed build.

Sorry guys, I haven't seen those recent posts. My Weight Weenies account is still linked to a Hotmail address, which I rarely check. Now that they've enabled "cough" POP, I saw the recent activity.

The stem on the old Litespeed is from Seven. I should have gotten one for the Merlin when they were still making them in the normal clamp size.

The Niner is great winter bike. Well, it's sweet all year round. The only thing I might change is to put the new Niner carbon fork on it. It'd save a few hundred grams.

Complimenti! Your rides are great. I especially like the classic, cool lines of your roadbike. Very understated. Very nice.

Beautful Niner!

Did you see the new forks from Niner, if they have one color matched that would look even better than the fork that is in there now.

8)

edit: you did see the new forks......
