Enve CX. Seven modified it to accept fenders by bonding on mounts in the back of the legs and a crown bolt. They also attached cable guides up the right leg to hold the dynamo wires.

They then refinished it to the original factory finish. Immaculate job.

Not cheap, and too time consuming for Seven since they now don't offer it as a service at all. However, I consider myself lucky as it is the best job I have ever seen of this kind and absolutely perfect for my needs.
