Just got into cycling last year, I live in Morehead, Ky.. I got my 2009 Tarmac a few months ago, and it weighed in at 7.43kg(16.375lbs).
After carbon wheels, tubular tires, seatpost, brakes, and bars, got it down to 6.75kg(14.875lbs)
I want to get it down to the low 14's, and need your guys help on best way to achieve this?
I am running a Dura-Ace 7800 crank, and thinking this would be a good place to shed some weight?

Got a 10g clamp on way, current one is 28g.
Thinking a lighter crank, and maybe a hollow pin chain.

I'd add inner tubes cables, handlebars, stem, headset, cassette, forks, bar tape to the list. Bottom line is that you can shave weight from all areas of your bike fairly easily. Make a $/g list and do the things which make most difference first.
But the problem is that sooner or later you will want a lighter frame, so you could end up buying things twice, for example as your stem might not fit your next frame. So I'd personally focus on fine tuning the fit of the bike while saving for the next whole bike, or focus only on buying parts which are transferrable to your next bike. I did think that a new crank might be a reasonable investment, but given the multitude of frame standards you may as well stick with what you have until you know your long-term wants.

Was wondering if you guys would know how much weight could be saved with an FSA S-LK light or a K force carbon crank over my current Dura-Ace 7800 ?
Titanium allen key skewers will be less than 30 grams for $30 on ebay.
You seatpost clamp is around 27 grams ( I have the same), so you can shave 20 grams there really cheap.
Kalloy Uno stem will be 100 grammish for 35 dollars and can shave 50 grams.
Saddle is your personal choice. There are 90 gram saddles, specialized toupe shaped from China for 35 dollars. If you can be comfortable on them, can be a good weight save.
I wouldn't mix the groupset since you have all parts 7800, so I would go for lighter "link" housings and cable. They should be enough I guess.

I got a 10g gram clamp on its way. I will check on that stem, and check on those Titanium allen key skewers. Thanks for those suggestions. That might save a 100g? I will also look at those lighter link housings and cables, not sure how much those would save.

Got my seatpost calmp(10g), UNO stem(99g), went with the quick release Titianium Skewers(42g)@$27.00. my old skewers where 106g, and old Stem was 155g.
My seat weighs in at 195g so I might look at other seats, but needs to be just as comfy or its a no go. Still looking at cranks, but that stuff is so confusing..
My question is what you mean by lighter "link" housing and cable? How mush $, and how much weight can be saved with those?
Thanks again for your guys input, I am well on my way to a <14lb bike. I will post pics with weight soon...

With stem, clamp and skewers I was able to shave a little weight, but had a tire making a noise so had to take them off and re-tape, and was not able to get all the old tape off. Anyways got a friend going to let me try his spyder seat it weighs in at 100g, he also has a FSA carbon crank that would save me around a 100g. I am currently at 6662g(14.687lbs), and really love my bike. Would love to be under 14lbs, but not sure I can get it there. Thanks for ideas, keep them coming..

Pedals - are they the Shimano R540s? They'd weigh about 300g... Could shed a bit of weight there, look at aerolite? Or if you wanna keep the Shimano cleats the Dura-Ace pedals would probably shed a few grams.
