Got a final fit done ( seat up, bars rolled forward and shifters brought back up ).
And took every thing above the stem off.

for reference, my eebrakes were 155 grams w/o pads...196 sounds about right...and they are smmmmoooooth

I have to put a new frame grommet in so I'm going to take em all out.

Wow! You did a really great job here. Love the logo, the bike, and your shop. Great follow through with pics for the whole project. Very nicely done and that's some low center of gravity you end up with.
