Here's my 2014 Roubaix SL4 Pro Race, Size 54. 7.2kgs.

I've changed the following:

- SRAM Force 22 to Shimano Ultegra 11-spd
- S-Works Carbon Handlebar
- S-Works CLP Multi Stem (tuned with titanium hardware)
- Blackburn Carbon Cages (with titanium hardware)
- Titanium QR Skewers
- Shimano Dura Ace SPD-SL Pedals (+4mm Axles)

I've left a lot of the other heavier items on (stock Turbo tires, 25C) and saddle (Romin Titanium Rail) because this bike really isn't a WW bike for me...it's just a comfortable bike! I've left the compact gearing on, as well as the 11-28 cassette. I was thinking about an S-Works frame, but I fell in love with the color on this one.

YES, I have very little handlebar drop. I'm old...I don't have the flexibility when I was once in my 20s. That's ok. My BG Fit numbers (and my body) tell me that comfort is key.

I'm getting along in years myself, I love the blue color also. I'm looking to use the Sram Red groupo on mine as the last upgrade to shed the last few grams to try to get her between 7.2-7.7kgs it started out at 8.6kgs and also try to tune some other componet's as well to achieve that goal.
