nice looking bike. I'd love to get my hands on the Stevens Comet SL.
You wouldn't happen to be on the east coast would you?
A buddy on another forum was selling in a Ventoux in that size for dirt cheap. I missed the sale by a few weeks.

Cheers

No, I'm from Berlin/Germany. Sorry. :-)
It's a great bike and I love the brand. My next one could be a black Xenon.

Looks really good. wheelset goes perfect with the Frame.
nevertheless good decision to change to a powertap-wheelset.
which bottle-cages are those?

those stevens-framesets are excellent products. just got a 2011 slc-team in perfect condition for nothing at ebay. very light and well manufactured. thinking about getting the paint stripped and a repaint in clear matte or black matte. the frame is´worth spending some money on it.

Congratulations on your frame. I would get it painted by EtoE. They do really nice paint jobs.

hi,
thanks for info.

i prefer a modest and light painiting, matte unicoloured. i think etoe is specialist for elaborate, muticoloured paintings, but thats not, what i am looking for.
for a really light paintjob, i need a good painter anyway..

btw.: "spaetzle"....are you member of the swabian colonnies in berlin..?..stuttgart....? ;-)
