Hello WW I'm Tossapon from Thailand
I try to build alloy frame to reach 6.8X kg but now is 7.15 kg
on 1500 $ budget so most part on my bike is USE part
now I spend 1428 $

Final weight: 7150 g. with out bottle cage , water bottle , pump

Getting down to low weight means is the fine selection of everything and tougher on a tight budget. Your frame weight is not too bad, its lighter than mine which is 1244 grams built into a 5.76 kg bike. Little things add up if you want to drop more weight as time goes on. Tubes are easy and cheap. Even going to a more durable tube such as the Michelin lite will save you 70 grams. Study the other bikes on this site and search Ebay for deals. You will achieve your goals.
