Would love to BUT, this saddle is the first of 13 I have tried that didn't give me issues. Even still. I play with position from time to time.

Nice bike!
change to campagnolo shifters + drivetrain, they are significantly lighter than ultegra and it looks + feels better.
(you'd have to change wheels, though).

or you could go SRAM,for less and save even more weight

With the parameters you have given, there is really not a lot of significance to be done. SRAM is a no-go, saddle stays, wheels stay, no boutique exotica in the budget. So what are you looking for? A few grams for different tape or bolt tuning? The bike looks totally solid. Ride it, as is, no changes needed. When the budget allows, then let's revisit this one.
