Just received notification from Fedex that this crossed the boarder. I should have it in my hands by 10 AM tomorrow.

I have a new CK press fit BB and black headset to install over the weekend. First I must thread the Di2 wiring. I also have a Enve post and stem along with a Thomson bar. I'm hoping to have it together and get a couple of rides in before the snow flies here in the great white north.

That's a beautiful frame! I love building up a frame almost as much as riding it. Enjoy the process and I'm looking forward to seeing the final product.

I love the look of the fork. I think it's one of the tastiest things about the RSL.

Frame arrived safely today. Pressed in the headset and hung a few parts on to see how it might look. I think it's going to turn out fine.

Is that an Alpha Q-fork. Looks great anyway.

Great bikes. I love mine.

Interested why you went for a 1, 1/8 head tube instead of 44mm? Particularly when the Enve tapered forks would have matched your finishing kit so well and provided a stiffer front end.

I'm not sure who makes the fork but I do seem to recall reading somewhere that the forks come out of the same Asian factory as the Enve's. I chose the 1 1/8 head tube for a couple of reasons. I rode a demo for three weeks this summer in Whistler BC and it rode great, both climbing and descending. Secondly, I prefer the look of the smaller head tube on a steel or ti bike.

I'm pretty sure the ENVE forks are made in the US.....

The last I read was that the 2.0 forks were made in Asia, and 1.0 forks were made in America, along with their rims.

Nice frameset!

Installed the brakes today and brake cables. The new DA 9000 brake cables are incredibly smooth.

Nice bike , but first thought about the fork that it should be turned 180 degrees...
