That Bontrager is crazy light! Nice. But i'll go for a KCNC Ti pro lite 142gram. I know that the Extralite Ultrastar is light, but if i can save some cash, make my on and get it down i weight. I found that way more fun and exciting. But thanks for the thoughts.

Yeah I had a Ti Pro Lite post on my 5200 at one point too. Problem is no setback, and it started to creak after a few years, and I could never remedy that issue. I am not fat either, I only weigh 67kg.

Those black Allez E5s are very smart looking and your upgrades look just right - a very well thought out bike :)

We need a picture with the new parts :-) Regarding the group you can get some 7900 parts quite cheap. The RD is almost 100g lighter and the FD 50g.

Ti-bolts for the bottle cage

Custom hoods made from thin leather.
Startet of with removing the hoods and throwing it on the scale. No big deal there.
Image

Then made made some cuts in the rubber so i could flattened it out on the leather.

Then i draw.

Cut it with a scissors and voila!

Used some spray glue and for now, it's drying. So i will show you the end result, when it's dry and i'v cleaned it up.
It's was though around the corners, and you can tell it was my first time. but all in all. I'll give it 8/10.

Hey you Mr. smarty pants!
There are no pictures of the bike before i get a new seatpost and saddle.
Trying out a light weight project saddle clamp next week. So many projects goes down the drain. Hope this one works.

Just had a friend here in Aarhus sell his 202's. Was very close at buying them. Is it those?

Nice frame weight about 1400g without bearings I guess. But that fork is heavy. Is the S-works lighter?

I'd steer away from an AL post on this frame. It ain't so soft and the grams can be removed from elsewhere without sacrificing comfort.
