With summer fast approaching here in Perth, my love affair with my C59 has stated up again. I haven't been out too much on it because i was riding a 695 for a while, however that has found a new home now so i am back on the C59.
The only real changes i have made is that i swapped out the Enve 45's for some Mavic RSYS wheels. The weight dropped to 6.7kg (7.2 with the Enves) but i must admit the ride quality also dropped. I know its like comparing apples and oranges, but i much prefer the Enves....even with the weight gain. I still have them so they might be back no soon. I also added some new cables which has really improved the shifting.
Even though i love the bike, i'm getting itchy fingers to start another build. I have stashed some cash away from the sale of the 695 so the search for a new build has started. I have a bit of an idea but nothing is locked in yet. Will keep you all posted.
