Again, sorry for cluttering the OP's thread. I'm sure it will be a beautiful Italian steed nonetheless.

As stated before Colnago are not producing any more lugs for traditional geo c59s so you can order some sizes as a SO but others have already finished. Annoyingly my size is one of those sold out and I know this as I was going to get another ironically in this paint.

Wouldn't/couldn't tell me what the crack was with c60.

What colour bar tape and saddle would you put on this build?

Black bar tape and saddle.
The frame stands for itself.

Black saddle, blue tape. That's what Mapei did, but their blue was a bit too pale. Deda tape in Azzurro Finlanda (Finland light blue) works fine on my wife's.

I went full white ( saddle, bars, hoods, pedals ) on my Master AD10 and looks great.

Next will be white cables

The Deda Finland blue looks great on its own but mismatches the AD10 blues

Here we go again with the dogmatic horsesh*t... I suppose while we're at it we might as well list the other absolutes about Colnago. They should only:

* be outfitted with Campy groupsets
* roll on Bora or Hyperon wheels
* have a full Deda cockpit with ony traditional bend bars
* be color coordinated ad nauseam

So remember to listen to the experts, even if you are truly happy with your bike. If it diverts from these guidelines it's not a proper bike and you obviously don't deserve to own it as you so blatantly disregard THE RULES and have NO respect for aesthetics or the history of the brand :smartass:

I love my c59 and equally proud of the Ultegra gearing, c-24 wheels and zefal pump attached to it.
I hear the same "must be campy' talk on people buying made in Taiwan Pinarellos

But off course yes !, but don't be so dogmatic, you are allowed to use 3T cockpit too. :P

don't forget, you get extra points if you have a -17° Stem

Is Deda made in Italy? I don't believe so.
