The frame looks great. Where did you get the New Ultimate bar from? I am looking for a best price :)

240ml of No Tubes milk seems like a lot for 1.95 tires. Why 1.95 for wide rims?

Chris.

Bought the bar from Nano bike parts.
It´s 240g of milk, not 240ml. 3+3 scoops.
Why 1.95, don´t know, just want to try these tyres.

3 scoops for one tire? 1,5 is good enough.

Thought I share the build progress.
No issues with frame so far. Cable and brake house run through frame smoothly.
Don´t have cassette, tyres, pedals yet. Also waiting Ti bolts for brake calipers and rotors. Took this saddle from CX bike and put Spec Phenom there, to test it, if weather allows.

Please route your front brake cable properly before riding in the woods. Your face and teeth will thank you ;)

I think he might be suggesting to route the cable to the inside rather than the outside where it might get caught on something.

Thanks for this tip. Did it. Maybe the cable needs to be shortened now also.

Length looks good to me. Always OK to leave them a tad long, incase you swap it to a bike with a longer fork, need to raise your bars, or for resale. Enjoy!

Any more progress with your build? Any other bolt tuning you intend to do?

No new parts right now. Collecting money to buy cassette and tyres.
Rotor bolts will be Ti, 3pcs per rotor.

I think it is finished now. Need to find rear hub skewer with longer axle, because the current one reaches only few mm´s into the right side cap. This is because the frame has interchangeable dropouts (135/142) and in 135mm mode the dropout thickness is 11,4mm.
