It is post Trek (they bought KLEIN in 1995) but it was produced in the original KLEIN factory in Chehalis, Washington.

Some new pics... Managed to mount the cranks and the cassette...
Installing the cassette (Chorus 29-12) was a pain in the ***. It wouldn´t fit into the frame. The smallest sprocket touched the rear stays. A simple shim is my solution for the moment.

Beautiful! I've always admired the Klein paint and smooth construction. Maybe it's large frame tubes, internal cables or integrated headsets...the frames never seem to date.

Gorgeous bike!

Not much progress... I changed the handelbar to a 3T Ergonova Team because it fits better for me. Used acetone to remove the logos. Adds 50g though... ;-)

I also got a Thomson Masterpiece for a good price.

I plan to finish the build in February when the kids give me some time...

Gorgeous! Why don't they make them like that anymore? (to use a stock phrase). Good job!

I really like that frame in that color. Your components are also a nice match!
