52cm. 120 stem in the pic has been swapped out for a 110 and hoses are now trimmed. Rear hose is internally routed now too.

Thanks.

How is the hydraulic conversion setup working for you?
Is there a taller head tube on the 54? Would that have not helped reduce the amount of stack on the steerer?

Hydros need bedding in. They're starting to get there bit by bit. I need it get off road really. Stack is temporary. As the fork was precut, I simply fitted it. Once I've tweaked the fit it'll be cut. 55cm has a longer headtube, but the toptube is longer too. Don't want a 90 stem.
