Hey guys, i'm a new here. I've been lurking this board for many years now but decided it's time to join this nice community.

I'm a huge weight weenie and i have always been a MTB rider but i'm currently building my first road bike. I acquired a used Giant TCR Advanced frame a few months ago but I didn't really like the paint and decals so i sanded the whole frame to remove the original paint/decals and apply only a light clear coat. It's a project that i would like to finalize for next season.

Is that a twill weave or standard 3K?

Thanks! I'll post some pictures soon.

The frame was originally 934.3g and now 889g after light sanding and clear coat. Not a big difference but it looks way nicer.
