So I've finally had some time to put the budget bike together. I don't have a scale so you can guestimate the weight. Thanks to all who helped out on piecing this together! It has only seen about 18 miles thus far as I'm working on getting the fit down, and yes the saddle is too high (this angle makes it look worse). Here's the final build and when I added everything up, the final cost came to right around $540 minus tires which were left overs from last winter training. This is just for having fun, group rides, training rides, so no racing or anything yet. As time goes on I'll make adjustments here and there to make it a bit quicker/lighter as needed. Sorry for the crappy phone camera, might try and snap a better picture or two later.

Frame/Fork: Cannondale System Six (56cm)
Stem: Cannondale System Six Carbon 120mm
Seatpost: Cannondale C2 Carbon
Saddle: Prologo Scratch Pro
Handlebar: Easton EC70 Carbon 40cm
Tape: Sram Cork
Shifters: 5700
FD: 7900 Clamp on
RD: 6700
Crank: 6700 172.5 53/39
Chain: 6700
Cassette: 6700
BB: 6700
Pedals: 5700
Brakes: Tektro (not sure of model number).
Cables/Housing: Jagwire Race
Cages: Bontrager RXXXL Carbon
Wheels: Shimano RS10
Tires: Conti Gatorskins

Not sure of final weight. Will have to find a useable scale here soon. Regardless of final weight, for the cost I can't complain!
