hi all,been reading articles on this site for a while now,and loving it.i own a whyte 19c,planning on putting it a diet.

spec is as from factory at present,current weight is 23lb,frame is a large,pictures will post up when i can sus out how todo it.
plans are to at least get it down to 21lbs,if possible??..new pieces lined up so far are.
fsa k force nano flat bars 110g
tioga spyder saddle. 142g.

will change seatpost to a kcnc
stem to a kcnc.
wheels not sure yet. and will go to a single ring up front.
any ideas on wheels people.

I reckon you could hit under 20lb if your a proper weenie :D

suprisingly nice looking bike! my list to strip weight would be carbon bar and stem, seatpost, lightweight seat, foam grips. stans tubeless wheelset with tubeless conversion. 1x10 conversion with lightweight cables.

:welcome: Another welcome to the forum. A very excellent dirt tool. FSA is usually heavier than advertised. Mt Zoom bars are cheap and light.

so far i have removed very close to 2lbs, Have removed inner and outer chainrings front derailleur cable and shifter changed grips to kcnc's
changed the heavy bars to fsa nano flats.
also tuning the saddle as was so solid before,now has a bit of spring to it,but will proberly change to a tioga spyder or a Your air camel saddle soon.
