I've been looking back at early pictures (with the 3.4s) and once the "orange" mellows out, they do look quite nice...

Well, coat one of the Mastik is almost dry on the wheels and tires. Coat two to go one this evening.

Should I keep you in suspense or let the cat out of the bag?

kfreytag, i haven't gone thru all the pages of the thread to look, but mind if i ask (again, in case it's been mentioned) who did the paint? parlee?

that reminds me of colnago saronni candy apple red, probably my favorite bike color of all time.

It is, in fact, custom paint from Parlee. They call it Kandy Red.

They tell me that it's a total of 11 coats, alternating red and silver to get the "glimmer".
