Easy start; and no loss of comfort, upgrade your prologo saddle to a NACK version.
Will save 50-60 gr!

Actually, I don't like the saddle, so I'm looking at a Fi'zi:k Antares with braided rails, and a Fi'zi:k Cryano Carbon seatpost.
Michelin Pro 4 SC tyres and lightweight Vittoria tubes are in the post, as are the Planet X CNC brakes and skewers
If I sort out a lighter set of bars I will reach my 500g reduction without even touching the crankset !

I've been replacing a few bits and bobs on my 2013 Focus Izalco Pro 2.0
It's completely standard , apart from :
Shimano Dura Ace C24 wheelset
Michelin Pro4 Service Course tyres
Fizik Cryano carbon seatpost
Fizik Antares braided carbon saddle
Fizik Cryano R1 stem (120mm)
Fizik Cryano R3 bars ('bull' 420mm)
Fizik Pro 3mm bar tape
Cannondale (shhh) carbon bottle cage
Rotor 3D+ 170mm crankset (new graphics !)
Praxis Works compact chainrings (50/34)
Speedplay Zero stainless pedals
KCNC Ti skewers
KCNC chainring bolts
Garmin "out there" mount & Edge 800
I don't have any weights, but it's light enough for me (for now).
Anyway, a few pics...

Crudely weighed using (allegedly accurate) bathroom scales this evening...
As you see it in the pictures above it is now 7.05kg*... just a little more to go to hit the magic 6.8kg. The Planet X brakes I never got round to purchasing and a DuraAce cassette should get me there
*I suspect my original estimate of 7.3kg before the recent mods was a little low
