round/spider rings on an sisl2... better shifting, maybe a half pound? c1 stem is surprisingly light - only 4g heavier than 3t LTD when i swapped..
9070 should be good for another sizable chunk...

Looking at the spoke pattern, the wheels seem to be Bora's.
I'm not sure, but I don't think you will win a lot with 9070 weight wise.
You can save a at least 50 grams on both seatpost and handlebar.
Furthermore: lightweight brakes, internal battery, bolt tuning and it looks like you have the "old" headset compression plug. changing to the new version (KP017) will save you another 50 grams.

if you like the shape of the Antares find an 00 or an old braided (the new ones are heavy). the Mn rail version is north of 200g so probably 70-75g heavier than an 00.
Thanks for the suggestions, I want to keep the q rings as they work well with my dodgy knees maybe go to standard instead of aero? I'm only 62kg anyway, yes the wheels are bora's, the cannondale c1 stuff seems to be quite light anyway will I save much changing those? I need a 120mm stem anyway was going to swap out for a 3t team or Thomson x2, on the cranks the cannondale sisl comes with a hefty price tag

swap the brakes to dura ace, bottle cages can go lighter, bar tape and saddle...none of that stuff is super expensive. Could maybe lighten the pedals w/ titanium axles
Are these any good? http://www.on-one.co.uk/i/q/BCPXULCNC/p ... e-calipers
Is that a high mod or low mod frame? If you are thinking of buying 9070 to drop weight i would just buy a new hi mod with 9070. Otherwise as others have said seatpost. I wouldn't bother with DA brakes, if you want to lose weight with brakes go some proper weenie brakes, like EE but ($$)

9070 would save you some but it is too much $/g. A lighter carbon seatpost with the excess cut off could save you ~50 g, the SiSL could also be good but $/g goes up again.

Nice bike, I have the same one! Unfortunately the frame is heavy as is the Ultegra Di2. Replacing either will pretty much be the cost of buying a new bike, or at least make you consider a new bike... I went the route of changing out the stem, handlebars, seatpost and wheels and got it down to 6.8kg. Not the lightest out there but by far the best bike I've ever ridden on.
Give the frameset another year or two before you think about replacing it. Cannondale does sell framesets by themselves and prior years (at my LBS anyways) carry a pretty big discount.

Cannondale expander and top cap system that comes on SuperSix is around 16 grams, not sure how one could save 50 grams there
After 2014 the EVO came with the light expander. Previous years and supersixes came with a much heavier expander. I can't remember off hand but I want to say it was around the 50g mark.
