the painting did a painter round the corner, he painted the silver parts blue and then a clear, glossy paint over all
hr painted even the ergonova team handlebar with the same colors

The blue is a very nice touch! I think Cervelo should rethink the choice of matte black. Your glossy black spin is MUCH better. Stunning bike, good job!

Beautiful bikes :)

I just joined the Cervelo club with an S5 (white/red version)

How did you slam that stem?

Dont you need something to replace the cover that sits below the stem?

Edit: like a headset bearing cover?

Edit2: found it and ordered it :)

Very inspired from your build.

I got my S5 down to 6920 g yesterday.

Still need to do the following:

- Install a new FD. Have a rival FD right now.
- New chain - switch to KMC
- install Powermeter BOR Power2Max (afraid this is quite a weight gain)

This should by my calculations get me to 6963 g.

Future upgrades are:
New stem
New handlebar

Again - great bike!!!!

Can I ask how 'big' (heavy) you are, and how do you get on with that saddle? It looks awesome on the bike, but I just don't think it's wide enough for my 82kg(+) backside to get on with it...

i am 63 kg (light) ;), the saddle is as stable as the other slr's i am using (normally the slr carbonio flow), when i start with the bike i usually think "hard saddle" but after a little while of riding the saddle feels quite comfortable

....and its only 95 g :)

What's your height and BB-top of saddle measurement? Curious as I'm 63kg, 176cm tall and 725mm BB-top of saddle and think a 54cm S5 would be too big for me.
