I got some requests in the aero brake thread, so I'm starting one here.

Just finished clear coating the frame

Planning to build Friday to ensure the paint has hardened sufficiently. Will be with the plasma tt pro missile evo setup along with tririg omega brakes.

cheers :beerchug:

I love the simple black and the big Scott logo on the downtube. Looks all prototype-like. 8)

Thanks, I have the choice between that or black on black decals, still not sure but I have a race coming up so I really need to ride the bike.

I got a set of black and white still, will probably mess around with it next winter.

I have everything in a box of parts, build should take just an hour or 2, as everything was set up already. Still waiting on a tiny spacer for the aerobar pads so I can bring them in more narrow.

Got all the cables wired up, still going to wait a day to install the cranks to make 100% sure that the paint is hard enough. Only exposed cable should be the front brake, rest is completely internal.

Not bad for a garage spray paint job

More or less done, just awaiting a replacement part for the omega brake :D

Sweet bike! I never liked the aesthetics of that saddle, but then that's not why people buy it.

Love the low handle bars at the front, it's not so easy for us shorter guys to get a lower front end.

I'm a big fan of your TTX too!

I also don't like the aesthetics of the saddle, but its the only one I have found to work. It's a bit too painful to go through different saddles, esp with the TT position, so I have settled on this one. I did try to trade it for a black one a while back, but couldn't find anyone :(. I'm actually not even that short, the saddle rails to the top are also really high compared to a normal road saddle so I have to run the seat post an extra 1cm or so lower. Benefit though is that I can stash a tube, co2 and levers right under the saddle with room to spare.
