Let the fun begin!

Not the most weight weenie frame but should be a fun build!

Looking for recommendations on components? Wheels? Etc?

Also, some people might not like this idea...but I'd like to set up this bike as my primary TT/TRI bike of course but think it would be fun to switch out the cockpit at times and put drop bars on it as well to mix it up occasionally. (Kinda like Mr. Egger's lunch time ride).

You will probably think twice about this idea once you cable up that beast...

Well you could do it, just leave the right amount of cable for the road bars

i disagree, i've built about 40 of those things and they are pretty damn easy, the cabling is really well done. i'd have two complete front ends set up (with full outers on both), and the switch could be done in about 15 minutes (if i was absolutely pressed, i reckon i could do it in less than 10. the only annoying bit is getting the rear brakes set up right, but you get used to them very quickly)

even easier would be Di2 with two front, plug in and ride. (just ignore the brakes, whoo needs them:p)

Your workstand just goes to remind us of all the paint and graphics you have done on your other TT bikes. Any plans for this one or just leaving it in the pretty gloss black?
