I'm trying to decide on a wheelset for the new build. In my area there is very little flat, you don't ride more than a couple of miles without having to climb. I am most likely going with Zipps, definitely going with clinchers. So, what do you all think, 303's or 404's?

Placed the order for new wheels. Went with 303 beyond black clinchers. I also ordered a Zipp Vuka Sprint bar.

Anyone have any guesses on what this bike is going to weigh when I finish?

Received my tracking information from Zipp, wheels and bars should be here tomorrow. Bottom bracket should be here from Rotor today or tomorrow as well. Looks like I will be able to take it out for it's first rid on Saturday.

Now if I could just remove the seatpost from my Colnago CX-1. :(

I'd guess around 6.8 - 6.9kg, so yes, just under 7 :-)

Wld really like to see a Zipp stem to match the bars.

Current stem may or may not stay. I'm thinking I may need to get a longer one.

Apparently I sweat a lot, at least that is what the shop told me. They were able to remove the seatpost using three of their employees. The good news is that the frame is fine. The seatpost, not so much.

You still planning to sell the Colnago?

great choice in cages. Blackburn comes up with some excellent colour combos to go with pretty well anything. Rest of the build looks good too, nice to see a Parlee that isnt a tall with the big headtube.

Thank you. I made some progress on it this evening. All I have left is brake cables, bar tape, and the second bottle cage. I also need to rotate the bars some and possibly trim them a bit.

So glad you are going with these bars. The old ones made me cringe with the weird kinks. Congrats.
