You can flip the magnet to the other side of the spoke. It'll still work.

Very nice bicycles. I am curoious how you like the ride characteristics of the two frames. Hi-modulus CF vs aluminum. Care to make some comparions and comments for us?

Ha, what a coincidence!

I made the exact same upgrade last year. Went from a CAAD9 to a SuperSix Evo, in the exact same colour and size you have!

If I may comment; the difference between the two is night and day; I had my CAAD9 for 2 years and have had my Evo since August 2012, so have ridden both extensively.

The CAAD9 feels more harsh to ride (it is not a harsh ride, per se, but in comparison to the Evo). It is also a lot heavier to ride. Everything just feels better on the Evo, and the SAVE stays really make a difference. I have reports from my CAAD10 mates, who upgraded from CAAD9s that this is also the case on their machines.

I recently (ie, a few weeks ago) also got the SiSL2 crankset with Spiderring, which I upgraded to from Dura Ace 7900 and again, that makes a difference. Not sure if it is a result of having everything that is designed to work together sitting as a system, or if they really are stiffer than DA7900, but they really add to the system.

So yeah, to the OP, I bet like me, you are absolutely loving this new setup.

Where did you get the SISL2 crankset from? I have been looking for one for weeks but my LBS says they are unavailable at the moment.

Can I ask; why have you got an adjustment barrel on the rear mech cable?
