Hi everybody,

This is my BMC SLR01. So far, the only mods I have made are the saddle to a Fizik Arione CX with carbon rails and veloflex master tyres. She is running Sram Red and Easton components throughout.

This would look great with the new Red.

looks nice! I would change the chainrings to stronglight and peel of the stickers from the wheelset.... for me it is "to loud" in its current state. :D

Very nice in oh so many ways, but the tire colors not to my taste. Luckily, you don't have to cater to me. :D
2011 Tarmac Pro SL3 Project Black (gone but not forgotten)
2012 Parlee Z5 SLi (just because)
2014 Colnago C59 (why not)

i really like how everything fits together. the wheels look great, too

any idea on the frame weight? my LBS seemed to think my 50cm (B&W) frame weighed around 970g! :?

A lot of SLR01 bikes popping up lately! Looking good! Personally I'm not a fan of the gum wall tires but these look alright. A nice set of Praxis rings would look nice on there

I have a 53cm 2011 SLR01 and plan to do a quick rebuild soon and weigh everything. 970 grams does seem heavy, especially for a 50cm frame.

Thanks for the comments guys, I dont know the weight at the moment but plan to get to some scales soon!!

I agree that the tyres are definitely a personal taste, but I hope to fit some boxier type rims and going for the classics look, you know, how they would run the bike for Flanders or Paris Roubaix.

Also, Im considering changing groupset to Campag Record or SR, just prefer Campag more than Sram.

my 2013 SLR in size 57cm was 970g.

but. i think the 2012 ones were heavier.

dont know why they wouldnt publicize a weight reduction but we've been selling them for 2 model years now and thats my observation.

I absolutely love them. So much so, I have bought some more for my De Rosa!

Very nice!
Especially the EA90s with the Veloflex tan sideall tyres rock.
Get a bicycle. You will certainly not regret it, if you live.

I once weighed a 2011 53cm at 725g... hmmmm. Let us know for sure!

I have a 50cm but it has a permanent conversion to BSA 68 built in so it's a bit heavier.
