Was very lucky to get a good deal on a Giant TCR advanced Frameset,
Its nothing special but its a huge improvement over my old caad7.

As is
Frame: Giant TCR Advanced 0 size L
Wheels: Ksyrium SL w/ Continental attack front and Michelin pro 2 rear (tire upgrade first on list)
Groupset: Hodgepodge Mix of Shimano 105 5600 Shifters, 105 5700 FD, Ultegra 6600 Cranks w/ 52/39 chainrings Ultegra 6600 RD and nonseries Shimano Callipers
Seat: Specialized Romin
Bars: Giant Connect SL 42cm w/ fizik microtex tape
Stem: Giant Contact 100mm +/- 8 degrees
Pedals: Keywin CRM Chromo Axles
Extras: Giant Ridesense, American Classic alloy cages, K-edge chain catcher

I'd hazard a guess that it's around 7.8kg at the moment which isnt a bad starting point.
(The ugly spacer stack is temporary, planning to dial the spacers out one at a time)

Planned upgrades:

Short Term: Continental Gp4000s Tires, As yet undecided Ant+ compatible cycling computer
Mid Term: Ultegra or Force 11spd Group w/ Quarq or Power2max
Long Term: Set of Deep Section Carbon Race Wheels
