Hi, sneak peek at my upcoming project. It's really a build scrapped together on a budget, and I cross some sacred lines with this build, but it's what makes the bike mine

Scott Foil 20 size 56 frame and fork. Frame weight without headset, rear derailleur hanger, but with bottle cage bolts and the little carbon chain stopper was about 1050 grams. Fork was 380 grams uncut. Seatpost is about 200 uncut.

Build list:

Group: Campagnolo Chorus 172.5mm cranks, 12-25 Record 11 cassette
Stem: 3T Arx Pro -17 120mm.
Handlebars: PRO Vibe 7s Alloy 46cm (Shimano bars on a Campy build? I must be crazy! )
Bottle cages: PRO fiberglass cages
Saddle: Prologo Scratch Pro+ 143 Ti.
Tires: Michelin Pro Race 4 Service Course, 700x23
Tubes: Vittoria Latex
Wheels: American Classic 420 18/24 rims (courtesy of fellow WW LouisN) laced to BHS hubs, BHS ti skewer
Tape: Fizik
Pedals: Shimano Ultegra 6700 (Blasphemy yet again!)

Built up last week and put on some miles. I have to say, the bike rides great. It's stiff and accelerates nicely, and the Campy Chorus stuff is great. Handling on descents is solid, although I prefer the planted feel of my CAAD10, but that may just be the difference in wheels (tubulars vs clinchers).

I definitely need a zero-setback post and that will come in later.

Bike weighs 16 lbs even according to a Park Tool shop scale.

Possible future plans for the bike include:
- Wide profile carbon open mould tubular rims laced to some quality hubs, maybe targetting 1200-1250 grams. Should save 300g over current set up.
- selling off the Campagnolo crankset for a rotor p2m crankset
- aftermarket brakes to accommodate wider rims
- titanium axles for the pedals

looks like the Foil 20 is indeed lighter than the other Foil frames. I have a Foil 40 in size 52 and it weighs 1075g. The fork seems to be the same though.
