Wow thats a nice build!
Like the color scheme!
Just curious how the Bontrager brakes will perform? Let us know.

I usually don't care for Treks but that is a beautiful bike. Hope it rides as good as it looks.

I would suggest that you change the stem to something like a 3T ARX Team Stealth or a Deda100 in black and white.

You have something nicer? Let's see 'bro!

Oh, and the point is, according to Trek, aerodynamics.

You must be joking... the XXXlite 2013 is a veeeeeeery stiff stem (it's like a brick as we say in Greece  ), one of the best choices... and nice bike too!

Ooh snap, even down to the weight!! :beerchug:

Its the best colourway available on the new Madone IMO, although naturally i'm a little biased...
And to anyone questioning the Bontrager brakes they work just fine, i suspect they are a little lardy though so am toying with the idea of getting a set of the Dura-ace on mine to replace them. But their performance isn't in question. The purists probably wouldn't approve of that with a campag build though, if you choose that route as well!
Did you get chance to weigh the bare frame before building it? I didn't as the LBS had finished it before i got a chance to go around with the scales and i'm curious to know so i can work out what sort of overall weight is realistically achievable.

Enjoy it, its a nice looking bike that rides well too.

Thanks guys.
As many of you mentioned at the beginning I was also confused to put Trek and Campy together but now I can honestly say that I love the look...now I just have to get used by the functionality (as I have always been riding with Shimano)
About the weight of the frame...with fork and headset the weight was a bit over 1,7kg

That weight for the frame is not including the integrated brakes correct?
