Hello

Image

Bought today from Dave Kane in Belfast. I haven't been for a fit yet, hence the stack of spacers!

Cannondale Super6 Evo Ultegra 3

Total weight 8.2KG
Wheelset 2.4Kg inc QR

I would like to get down to less that 7.5Kg but keeping it fit for frequent riding.

It is all stock except for the wheelset.

Ultegra 6800 drive chain, brakes and pedals
FSA SL-K Compact Crankset
Cannondale C2 Finishing kit

The saddle is a Fizik Antares tester until I decide what I want.

Wheelset is Ultegra 6800 hubs F&R, H Plus Son 32H rims, Sapim Laser front, Sapim Laser read NDS / Race DS.
Boots are Vittoria Evo CX 25 with Vittoria latex tubes.

I plan to add Arundel Mandible White bottle cages.

Weight reduction plans are FSA K-force finishing kit and a Cannondale SiSL2 Crankset. Also a Sunday best wheelset, not sure what though.

Any ideas on getting down past 7.5kg welcome :D .

Chris

I really like that colourway. With a new crank and wheelset, you'll be cutting some serious weight

Sweet wheels dude! Are they black or hard ano? I'm looking to build a set of hard ano archetypes.

They're hard anodised. They go really well with the Ultegra groupset colour.

I've been setting the saddle height and stem this evening on the turbo and noticed that the second cog gives a rythmical sort of clink when I have it in the big ring. I have no idea where this is coming from. I'm not familiar with 6800 to know if this is normal or what it is. I was expecting near silence :D ! Maybe a quick visit to the LBS will sort things out.
