It's not so much a tank due to the frame - 1970g isn't too bad for a 58'ish frame size...

Will be slapping on a Sram Red groupset, my 1,000g tubulars and some lightweight finishing kit to compensate for the frameset weight.

I've settled on white bar tape and saddle, but struggling with bottle cages. I have Blackburn camber on my other bikes but don't know whether to go black or white on this build?

very nice, i would stick some nice low profile wheels in that frame to get a nice ride !

Frames away having 1/4" machined off the top of the headtube. Once back I'll be mounting 32mm Carbon tubulars on, so yes, low profile (and with 26mm Schwalbe Ones super comfy too hopefully!).

Remove the decals from crankset and shifters and you have one perfect outcome.

Get one of those gold paint pens or some gold nail polish - touch up should work and no one will notice the area when you are moving fast.
