Here is one of the latest builds from my local shop.

The waiting time for the frameset was very long, and the announced delivery date repeatedly pushed back.

However, the final build is quite nice, and the weight isn't too bad at all.

6.0kg according to the scale that works with 50g precision.

First impressions. More comfortable than the V1-r, especially at filtering rough road buzz. A bit more demanding when out of the saddle.

Matte surface paint is extremely prone to dirt, and while it isn't too difficult to clean, it still does require more care than almost any other matte surface bike that I've come across.

Also, the decals are stickers on top of the frame, so wouldn't be surprised if they start coming off at some point.

All in all, a beautiful bike and worth all the praise, but there are some practical details that keep the excitement to a slightly lower level than one otherwise might expect.

In the picture below, you can see the dirt on the chainstays.

It just looks amazing but IMHO the frame is too expensive for what it is.

I agree... but only in terms of the choice of how the frame finish is with a sensitive matte surface and fragile decals. The ride quality is sublime, and well worth all the praise.

I am sure it is the best riding ultralight frame but still... 4300 euros is too much.

I love the way this bike is built, everything black except the celeste frameset. Very eye popping!

Bellissimo! Shame about the spacers, but we can't all be contortionists. Enjoy!
