I've a Caad 10-1 and can't fault the bike, just can't get it to look as good as this :?

Thanks! I have to resist the urge to fully black it out.....I thought the FSA cockpit and seatpost looked good and tied in to the red in the Easton's. Then I thought that the grey/silver in the grouppo matched the silver spokes.

Lost ~20 grams installing veloplugs this evening. Easton's are down to 1420g. Total bike weight to 7,100kg.

Should have some KCNC Ti skewers delivered tomorrow. The stock Easton's weighed in at 125g so looking at ~83ish grams off for that! We should be somewhere around the 7k mark!

Look what came in the mail!

Weight is ~1250 with veloplugs. Had a bit of a struggle getting the Pro 4's on, but will have updated pics by the weekend.

Oh, and will have a new full bike weight too!

Thanks Prend!

Yeah....the cranks are a bit of a sticking point. They match the group, but it may would look better with the Ultegra chainrings. To be honest I considered getting some cheap 105 5700 black crank arms to use with the Q-Rings.....thoughts??

Nah, if your original plan is to go full Chorus 11 in the summer, then just do that and save your effort for then.

If you're abandoning your plan for that, save a little bit more than the 105s and go for a SRAM Exogram crankset (but remove graphics/logos to match frame)

Yeah, that's still the plan, but I am impatient.....I will probably ride as is for the season and revisit over the winter. The full SRAM Red 2013 would look nice too.....

The changes include swapping out the EC90slx for Farsports 38mm clinchers with EDHubs (1250g w/veloplugs) and swapping the massive OEM seatpost yolk with Parts of Passion yolks (11.6g) from Fairwheel.

Will get some updated picks for the OP when I ride later today

Why did I miss this one?
This is a clean, nice built.
Like the Fuji decals.
Well done

Took a nice little spin today. The wheels are awesome.....can definitely feel the weight difference and they hold speed very well. Hope y'all like the new look! :beerchug:

If you're going to switch to Campy, the Q-rings might not work because Campy use a different BCD to Shimano. I had that nasty surprise when I was making the switch.

On a different topic: what length cranks do you take btompkins? I have some 2010 Ultra Torque Athena cranks if you're interested. Apparently they're the same as the Chorus cranks, just with cheaper chainrings
I write the weightweenies blog, hope you like it :)

Disclosure: I'm sponsored by Velocite, but I do give my honest opinion about them (I'm endorsed to race their bikes, not say nice things about them)
