Looks great! It seems like you have the zip ties running around the circular part of the forward mount, correct?

A rather small update.

You guys who voted for black bartape and housing where right, it looks great. Just waiting for the all black aspide, 1070 cassette and kmc chain to arrive.

6.2 according to the shops scale right now.

Thanks!

Martin

Awesome, I like that you followed the recommendation and installed black cables and bar tape. I like it very much but think a all black saddle would really made it perfect!

Great build! White bar tape would look ok too, I guess :-)

Got a KOM frameset that I found on Ebay too, and planning to build it up to sub-6 in the next 2 years. Budget is a bit of an issue, so I'll be taking time to find the parts I want.

Let us know how it rides, too.

So, here we are. I'm swapping the bars for the shallow newton. Also thinking of getting the stem in black instead. What's your opinion, I'm having a hard time deciding. I'm also looking at a white seatpost to get the look a bit cleaner, suggestions?

Maybe someone with good photoshop skills could change the stem to black, bar tape and seatpost to white? :)

Thanks for all feedback.

I liked the look of the San Marco Regale better.

I also think that you should opt for a white seatpost clamp.

Then it would be perfect IMHO.
