So a few months ago I cracked my Colnago CLX01. My LBS is local importer for BMC so did me a primo deal. I was able to salvage the majority of parts before the insurance company took the bike away. However over a period of time and research I was able to obtain some more new stuff as well as some custom made bits. So here is the before and after build lists.

I love how this bike rides with the updates. Sooo smooooooth!

For details on the pedal build here is the link to the tuning thread. I've only put about 50km on them so far but they sweet so far.

The carbon cradle and yokes are pretty awesome too and a big improvement on the original BMC cradle, WRW did a primo job on them. The Vincero bottles took a bit to get used to placing in the right area to snap them in but it's 2nd nature now.

Sorry if these photos are rubbish - I'm not a photographer.

EDIT: Flikr didn't work for me for some reason so here is a teaser and I'll sort the rest when I get home from work

Must ride fantastic.

Don't need to quote post above

It soaks up bumps pretty amazingly. I can only imagine what the Grand Fondo rides like as this one is incredible at dispersing degraded road buzz, which is the norm around these parts.

Yeah I got the model before it went internal to accommodate electronic.

This would be under 6kg if I put on the full carbon seat I bought but it's too harsh. Also if cut some off the ends of the bars as I don't use the full length and dropped a bottle cage. But I need two cages, they're only 16gm each anyway.

Nice bike. I would just replace the chainrings to stronglight or something similar.

Riding the same roads with the BMC cradle and yoke and the FSA aluminium bar, my arms, shoulders and arse were feeling a lot of the harshness in the road. The combination of the Zipp Contour bars and the new cradle and yoke, and I don't need to try and find the smoothest line on the road markings anymore. They have taken the road buzz out of the picture. Big thumbs up to your WRW for the custom work

I'd take a close look at that cradle if I were you - it looks like the epoxy holding the saddle rail supports is delaminating from the main body. Also the part is very thin compared with other cutting edge lightweight parts, maybe a step too far?
