First step I would take is getting some better pictures
From there, I'd start looking at the wheels.

Bugger it, go a disk
There is really no good reason to go any deeper than Zipp 404, IMO. Deep wheels can also affect your stability in windy conditions (although shape has a lot to do with this as well), especially if you are a lighter rider. I use Mavic Cosmic Carbones here in Tampa and have been very happy with them but they are not WW friendly. Maybe look into a pair of Reynold Assaults or Strikes if you are looking at clinchers?

I was thinking starting with some Reynolds as well, i am fairly new and still have a ways to go when it comes to performance. Aesthetically, I like the Reynolds, and from what I have read, here and in other forums, they are dependable and affordable.
Again thank you for all the help!
Pics of the new bars and stem and Tape(Lizardskin dp 1. ---> the question now is white tape or Black!???!

Cut the steerer tube
Swapped out stem and bars for Ritchey WCS
New Lizardskin 1.8 bar tape.
The bike was weighing in at 17.12 lb's and Now 17.09 lb's. (7.76550 kg to 7.75189 kg) Lol. My goal would be to get it to 16lb's (7.25747 kg)

Hello friends,
I have recently upgraded the wheels, A large part of the reason was the recommendations from the people of this forum. I went wit Boyd's 58mm Clincher. I am using Foldable Gatorskins.
Here is a bad picture of the bike. Don't hold back, let me know what you think!

They are being praised up and down. I have only had them for about 50 miles or so, and have nothing bad to say, but others have been riding them for some time and their input would be more valuable.
Unfortunately, i have never ridden Zipp or Enve, or Mavic, but these wheels feel great. responsive, stiff, and in the Miami Flats: FAST!
