Basically there are two holes on the rear of the shell through to the seat stays:
One hole on the top of the shell through to the seat tube:
One large rectangular hole on the front of the shell through to the downtube:
and finally, two holes on the bottom of the shell:
The rest is pretty straightforward:
I'd say you might have some trouble drilling/'dremeling' holes in the BB shell, it is a pretty tight fit.
Did you ever end up having problems down the road since you completed this build with the internal wiring and any rubbing on the spindle?

Nope, I've had the SRM out for servicing and the hot glue has held everything in place nicely.
5 years later, still going strong.
