There are plenty of those around and mine is not the most spectacular. But here it is.
I was aiming for a reasonably cheap, light and solid build. So ended up with this:

Sram Red cranks (!) with Black Box Ceramic bb. Got them really cheap on sale. 634 grams w CT2-rings (exkl bb).
Stronglight CT2 rings 50/39.
3T Ergonova Team handlebars.
Specialized Romin w carbon fibre rails, 143.
Speedplay zero titanium.
KMC X10SL chain.
Zipp303 tubulars with Conti Sprinters.
6.720 kilos on feedback sports hanging scale.

Lovely bike and a nice build all around.

Always nice to see yet another Canyon bike...

If you want to clean up the look a bit - and avoid to much of a "mix-up-of-components" - you can sand down the Red crankset. Have a look at mine for inspiration.
