Yes you are correct, I bought that stem and matching bar together from a friend and had it sitting around for a while, I also have a Deda Zero100 stem that may look better , which Ritchey stem did you have in mind as i'm not very familiar with their products, the seat post came with the frame and is very well finished so I used it.
